Saw this little fellow on the edge of the 13th tee today. ⁦@WestLancsGC⁩ ⁦@westlancsgreens⁩ Only quite small so presumably only young. Left him alone.

@SCARYLEARY @WestLancsGC Happy Birthday Ray!! I wish I had known when we were talking this morning. Mind you with Ed filling the practice ball dispenser at the time, I could have pretended I did and you just didn't hear it!

@theyondan @talktomeless121 @ladbible Don't want to be picky but it's the Mary Celeste, not Marie, despite what most of the world thinks

@secretclubprov Not all clubs are so slow. My club @WestLancsGC has active club, Pro and Greens Twitter accounts plus drone fly-overs of every hole narrated by a voice you might recognise. Many golf bloggers have filmed here and so we have a high profile on You Tube and Facebook too.

@jax_lees @RobsAllotment @DobiesOfDevon Last year I tried peat free coir and it was hopeless using Dobies seeds. This year used Which? Best Buy peat free "New Horizons", also Dobies for many seeds with success, but grew on in Westlands Multi Purpose with John Innes (not peat-free) and very happy.

All very nice having ducks’ approval of the pond but caught them red~handed making this mess with soil from pots. Had blamed all the previous ones on rabbits or the cat!

@Clarejones131 @Garden_Ninja @RobsAllotment They look like horsetail sporing bodies to me. If they are, get rid of them as gently as possible to avoid spreading spores and dispose out of your garden. No like from me here - I refuse to like anything to do with horsetail

10yr old Magnolia Black Tulip loving the warm sunny weather. Bought on the recommendation of ⁦@TheMontyDon⁩ but I think he lost his one winter Mild Liverpool winters must be kinder to Magnolias than Longmeadows.

@CathMMorris @RichardBrownHT Fibre pots need more watering that ordinary pots. Some compressed peat ones don't seem to break down and roots don't get through well. I tried compressed soil and they tend to disintegrate if you handle them or don't water carefully.

@iaincartergolf @JBickerstaffe If I was a pro and my MSP was driving it longer than everyone else, I would be against limiting driving distance too

@CathMMorris @davidschneider Well Test and Trace was much more computer-based and I am not convinced the NHS would have made a good job of it either. Their record in developing computer systems is dire... are they still using unsupported Windows versions?
