This guy plays Led Zeppelin’s Stairway to Heaven on a piano at a mall. Never heard it like that before. He should be playing inside concert halls rather than a mall. What a talent. Incredible.

@j00ny369T The ringing sound and light inside are both aspects of pure consciousness. I focus on each as part of the Self Knowledge Meditation techniques I was initiated in.

@j00ny369T I hear the ringing all the time, it gets louder when I feel higher awareness. It also follows the amount of light I see inside. In darkness I also see light outside myself, same as I see inside.

@j00ny369T This is the inner sound of my pure consciousness. It gets louder when I feel more connected. focusing on it is one of the 4 meditation techniques I practice.

@anewstart72 @TheProjectUnity I have been meditating for 40+ years after being initiated in Self Knowledge. I see these moving pinpoints inside. When I open my eyes in the dark room, I see the same light outside me and now see them every where I look. I also "hear" the sound inside of this light inside.

@TruthSeek01011 The simulation, "illusion", is in the indoctrination of our mind by society, the world thru out our entire life. This indoctrination is passed down thru generations. This begins to be questioned and broken when an individual sincerely longs to Know the Truth of who he is.

Today is my 37th birthday. Yesterday I went to the US senate and spoke my truth - as a physician, as a woman, and a living being striving to act on the signals I am perceiving and the intuition I feel. If there is one thing I feel at this moment in my life at 37, it is that cultivating healthy bodies is of real importance as it is one of the ways that we honor this mysterious MIRACLE of life and nurture the material receiver through which we might be able to connect with spirit, with God. Our unhealthy bodies are a distraction and impediment to the bliss that we can experience right now in the simple recognition of our oneness with all things. Right now, many levers of society in our material world make being healthy extremely challenging for so many. There is mass suffering that needn’t be, because we are - I believe - distraction, confused, and lost, In the swirl of the cosmos, there is something happening in our little corner that feels like it glitching. Life is on assault. Our Earth, the Mother through which God allowed us to come into human form by assembling atoms from her into us, is being destroyed at our own hands, and so of course, so are we. We have broken the cycles of life, and so we are, or course, breaking. I don’t believe the answers to this are going to be strictly technological, because technology often seems to have the intent of outsmarting nature, with I don’t think is possible. I believe they need to be based in humility, care, and respect for our Mother. 🌎 We, together, can right all of this. I think we can do it rapidly. I think we NEED to do it rapidly. We can protect our earth, protect each other, and get back on track to pursue our highest calling in this precious moment in this lifetime. This is what I came to say to the US government yesterday. PROFOUNDLY grateful to the other speakers on the panel, @SenRonJohnson , @RobertKennedyJr , and @calleymeans for leadership on this panel.
