Can we be mindful of language around emerging talent in the film & tv industry. I hear the term ‘young’ all the time to describe people starting out on their career. So many writers, particularly women, come to the industry later in life. #writerslife #youngatheart

Knocknarea and Benbulben overlapping beautifully in the early morning light from near Ladies’ Brae, Ox Mountains. Amazing to me that I still get these wow moments in my home county, so many angles to view our beautiful landmarks from.
