RCT on standard vs delayed ligation of DVC during robotic prostatectomy. Delayed group = higher EBL but lower PSM involvement at the apex. Standard group = lower overall rate of PSM in organ confined disease. Overall, both techniques equally safe. bit.ly/2LkYaFP
