@Makro_SA @Makro_SA your service providers are damaging your brand. They deliver incorrect items and don’t take accountability. I logged a return ticket and still no action. I want my refund processed urgently. #Makro #CustomerServiceFail

@SHEIN_News @HeatherRaeYoung Speedaf faked my signature and marked my SHEIN package as delivered — I never received it. SHEIN refuses to refund me. This is fraud and unacceptable. #SHEIN #Speedaf #ConsumerRights

@AliExpress_EN @AliExpress_EN will not help you with anything. I submitted clear photos & measurements for a refund — still denied. Weeks with no support, then blocked from appealing. South Africa, avoid AliExpress at all costs. #AliExpressScam #ConsumerRights #OnlineShopping #SACustomersBeware

@Momentum_za @Momentum_za We’ve been requesting policy statements after the passing of my late cousin, but no assistance has been provided. This is delaying a crucial claim. If we don’t receive the documents within 48 hours, we’ll escalate the matter to the matter #PoorService #MomentumHealth

@AliExpress_EN South Africans, avoid AliExpress! Their so-called buyer protection is non-existent. I submitted valid evidence in a dispute, yet they still sided with a fake seller. They support scammers just looking to make a quick buck. Don’t waste your money!
