This is my last post about Abstract chain. I gave myself enough time to clear my head and look at both sides. I think that's important before speaking out. I invested heavily in Abstract, both time and money. Over the last 6 months, I even started building my own project and was preparing to announce a new chapter. Then kwell shutdown happened. I understand that a business concept can fail. But that doesn't justify how we, as both users and founders, were treated. One of the saddest days, if not THE saddest day, in my entire crypto career. I didn't just lose money. I lost time I'll never get back. Opportunities I missed because I kept doubling down on Abstract. And worst of all, I lost trust. Thousands of people are now left without the rewards they spent two years working towards, after dedicating 2–12 hours EVERY SINGLE DAY to Abstract and pouring back most, if not all, of their $PENGU airdrop and even more. I've experienced a lot of nasty stuff in crypto, but this is beyond anything I could have imagined. The @pudgypenguins community deserves so much better than the way we were treated. But I'm moving forward. My focus is back on my own project. Building, creating, and bringing positive vibes. I know my success wasn't just luck or a $PENGU airdrop. I've built things, helped people, and created value. And I'll keep doing that. See you on the other side. 😉
@PudgyAmateur the market priced it as the pudgy chain no matter what anyone said. unwinding that in people's heads takes longer than unwinding the chain
@ZKM_ETH @LucaNetz @pudgypenguins the gap between 0 and 550 is the whole story. one of those is a museum, the other one is still a market
@degentalks mine follow up every single time i close the app
@cryptoazyra true every time, which is also why nobody ends up learning anything from the dump. what would you actually do differently in the next one?
@natealex my drafts folder is full of these. at this point the memes have longer holding periods than the coins
@dxrnell think a lot of it is that back then nobody knew what they were doing and that was the fun part. now everyone's got a system and a dashboard
abstract winding down made me realise how much of my thesis was about the chain and not the penguins. not a great look for me honestly
@Pudgy_XD 303 days of a daily habit ending in one nft is a strange kind of ending. does the dca stop now or does day 1 just start again
@wutaner both sides buy a jpeg or a ticker because they think someone will want it later. the only real difference is how long each one pretends otherwise
@tenacious_ar the dry stretch is the part nobody writes threads about. what actually kept you buying when the tl was empty?
@StarPlatinum_ the memecoin trader part matches my experience too. the people who look feral online are usually the most normal ones in person
abstract winding down and my first instinct was to check the pudgy floor, not my own bag not sure what that says about me
when your boss wants to promote you to a role with more work but no extra pays
🚨 BREAKING : 🇷🇺 Putin: "We are giving Elon Musk 48 hours to explain why Starlink is interfering with our strategic operations. Do not test our patience." 🚀 Elon Musk: "Bro, I can literally disable your country's entire GPS system from my phone while sitting on the toilet." Absolute cold-blooded reply.
@marcellovtv @LucaNetz True, and but I think there would have been a better solution. But yes, Luca doesn’t win with that.
@silentbuilder3 I think there would have been a better solution that worked out well for everyone.
i'm sorry, Claude can WHAT? it can take your website link, find people who need your product, email them and book the calls? since when?? i've been doing this by hand for a YEAR. ok. testing it: $30 free 👇 explee.com/auto-gtm/x/tw-…
people spending $300k on an airdrop farm lmao. How about just doing a normal investment and double your money so you can buy a house with the profit? Greed is a big problem brother
So I spend 300$k + on scam @AbstractChain and now facing racism because I’m calling out rugpull of @IglooInc Idk who this pedophile @pudgypenguins holder Eli is but seeing @Berko_Crypto allowing racism on pudgy discord says a lot about these scammers
In crypto we are basically buying startups. You can make huge amount of money becsuse of that, but on the flipside you can lose a lot These startups can fail, so don’t cry lol
Abstract is winding down. Starting today, all of @IglooInc's focus will go towards taking Pudgy Penguins, Pudgy NFTs, and $PENGU to the next level. When we acquired Frame in the summer of 2024, the vision was to build the blockchain for consumer crypto. Pudgy Penguins had shown
