Non-Steam version 0.3.00.1a is now available for Download from the usual location: imagespaceinc.com/rogsys/
The build introduces the last of the pre-Alpha work (EVA). I am now on to gameplay, content development and system refinement (Alpha).
While I always recommend switching to the Steam version for all you hold-outs :), I've just uploaded the latest non-Steam version to ISI 1/2
