"Over There" Shot I took at the place where it all began. To think what we've seen over that horizon. I wanted to thank the Destiny team - I got into art because of you. You changed my life. Thanks for making a world that so many people loved.😢 @Destiny2Team #destinyAOTW

@Linklevosstwins @HunterBiden Thinking compassion can only exist in private and that all expressions of anything good in public is in self interest only is part of what got us into this mess in the first place. Just because you can only see things transactionally doesn't mean the world does. Sit down.

@DestinyTheGame @DestinyTheGame minor request - is there any chance the Resurrecting Flight sparrow will make a return? I joined in Beyond Light and missed the moment of triumph when it was added and I always regretted it. One of my favourite looking sparrows ever and I would love to race it!

@RealJessica05 politico.com/news/2023/03/2… npr.org/2023/10/25/120… Actually, Mr. Washington never made it past confirmation. The guy who got the gig was a former deputy FAA director under Obama with experience in the role and experience in private aerospace with Hyundai / Supernal :)

Portrait of my praxic warlock "know that the fire that burns behind my eyes will be your oblivion, suffocating and searing you to ash. Prepare yourself. I am your ruin." — Eris Morn, To the Witch Queen. #Destiny2Art #Destiny2AOTW #Destiny2 #seasonofthewitch

@hankgreen xkcd.com/931/ Man this XKCD comic was the first thing that came to mind when I read this understanding is a source of fear, but to me its also a source of hope in that its part of acceptance.. One step at a time I guess - we'll walk with you for as long as it takes!

@wickedinsignia I think it is good to talk about why we do art at all. To me this is a person with a voice who speaks, just through AI. To me the most valuable thing is still what you want to communicate. Technique is just how we do it. AI helps with technique but its still your voice.

@Matthia77973603 @SlavHew @ENERGY @DJSnM @Livermore_Lab @elonmusk Tu quoque. That is irrelevant to the topic at hand, which is Elon's expertise.

@hankgreen Yeah, last time I checked, free speech and democracy does not mix well with one person rule. No matter how much lipservice they pay to those ideals.

Musk talks about the importance of free speech and yet he thinks free speech problems can be reduced down to a yes or no twitter poll. What a joke

@Snowden Probably because its more complicated then just a goddamned yes or no. I don't understand how people can take democracy and free speech for granted like this. What a joke.

@moodystarbuck @lexfridman The world is not black and white. Opposing escalation does not mean supporting the war or Putin's crimes

@hankgreen I would argue it's both. Human centered design is real thing. The design of a system can do a lot to bring out to worst, or bring out the best in people. That doesn't diminish the choice of trying and do better however. responsibility is responsibility, but still.

@elonmusk @hankgreen "Dominated" is a strong word to use for an even tie and slim majority. And that's not what balance of power means. Balance of power refers to the org. of govt, not party makeup. If you believe good comes from nuance then why don't you start being more nuanced?

@elonmusk Activism is free speech. The only person suppressing dissent here is you. Using a value to mask opposite action is the tyrant's and liar's strategy. Its why NK has "democratic" in their name. That's really what's messed up here.
