If FSG do genuinely want this to happen, then the starting point for the conversation would probably have to be offering him a stake - a small stake, obviously, but an actual stake - in FSG itself.

@RorySmith @AnfieldSector i mean if Lebrons got one for wearing the top every now and then
@RorySmith Giving him a stake in a huge, multi sport conglomerate just to run one of its subsidiaries is a terrible precedent to set and would establish a floor for negotiations with everyone else.
@RorySmith Funny how Romano had absolutely no idea Klopp was leaving but now we have to believe that he’s got the inside scoop on how FSG want to structure the club
@RorySmith Thanks for what you said about Richard Green last night. I was one of Richard's partners (as an aside I dealt with a large number of the abuse claims against over 20 clubs) and he was indeed a wise man; he was also wonderful company, engaging, intensely competitive, full of life.
@RorySmith Sounds like Mike Gordon's position being offered,& Mike will work PGA side for FSG 🤷♂️
@RorySmith If he was so adamant before then one wonders why he would change his mind so soon, presumably FSG have seen a chink of light somewhere?🤷♂️🙏
