@Postmates Your costumer service is BEYOND BELOW PAR. You make it nearly impossible to reach with an issue and when you reply you have automated responses that do not resolve any issues. I expect more as an unlimited user who pays $11 a month!

Yet again, another #failed experience with @united ! 6+ delay for a bunch of bullshit reasons. Then I board another plane thats rolled out of the early 90s (headphones jacks dont work) and now we are just sitting here... waiting on snacks. #garbage #flydelta #peace
