I may have made a mistake with the chassis I chose for my server. However, it may not be a problem. It's a 2U server chassis that doesn't support a normal graphics card size. However, it'll have 64 cores in the CPU. Ampere Altra Q64-22 should handle transcoding just fine.
Just got the notification from UPS and Newegg, first set of server components arrive tomorrow. Still need to get the PSU, cooler, thermal paste, memory, and storage.
Ok, I'm looking everywhere on the Newegg and @SilverStone_Tek website but there's nothing which says how loud the RM22-312's fans get. How many decibels do those fans get?

First selection of parts for my homelab server. The reason why I went with a 12-bay 2U is to conserve space on the rack but give me the most room for storage expansion.
I really should add a storage backed cache to my tooling. This stuff takes forever. Unfortunately, I need something to have the serde serialization and deserialization traits everywhere in that crate. The "cached" crate is actually pretty nice.
I think I've improved the performance of my tooling too much. COSMIC Terminal cannot keep up. If I scroll, the scroll-back buffer is just truncated already so I can't see anything meaningful.
