No gym circuit. 3 rounds. 20 pushups 30 squats 25 lying leg raises 40 mountain climbers 1-min plank Rest 60–90s between rounds. Knees-down pushups still count. This builds work capacity, not a stage physique overnight.

“In the world of mature people, I saw the most honest man is a child.” - Socrates Socrates was born around 470 BC in Athens, Greece. One of the most influential figures in Western philosophy, he explored questions surrounding wisdom, morality, virtue, and the meaning of a good life. Through questioning and logical reasoning, he encouraged others to challenge their assumptions and examine their beliefs. His teachings survive primarily through the works of his students, particularly Plato. “In the world of mature people, I saw the most honest man is a child.” Although this quote is often attributed to Socrates, its authenticity is uncertain. Its message suggests that growing older does not necessarily make someone more truthful or authentic. Children often express their thoughts and emotions openly, without being overly concerned about reputation, judgment, or social expectations. Adults, however, gradually learn to conceal their feelings, carefully choose their words, and sometimes sacrifice honesty to gain acceptance. As people mature, they become more aware of society’s expectations, but this awareness can also encourage them to hide behind carefully constructed identities. Children have yet to develop many of these social defenses, allowing their emotions and reactions to appear more genuine. The deeper message is that maturity can sometimes come at the expense of authenticity. In learning how to navigate the world, we may lose the innocence and honesty that once allowed us to express ourselves freely, without pretending to be someone we are not.

i'm in love with this quote: "if you're persistent, you'll get it. if you're consistent, you'll keep it. and if you're grateful, you'll attract more of it."
