@Delta Sorry! Realized I was private. I flew with you on 10/9/18 from JNB > ATL and paid for a Delta Comfort seat. The seat didn’t stay back and continued to spring back and forth for 16 hrs. Ive emailed 3x and answered surveys and have gotten no response. Can you please help?
