What an end to a horrid week. Woke up this morning after a restless night to the news that I was one of the chosen ones lucky enough to be in employment at BA. However, after 26yrs in a managerial role and an exemplary track record there was a necessity to demote me two ranks!

Just overheard the steward on my plane got a letter saying he lost his job this morning, yet still totally professional! You’re a disgrace @British_Airways and I shall stop flying with you! I notice @Iberia_en and @AerLingus have not been treated the same 🤷🏻‍♀️
