Absolute shambles at @HeathrowAirport WorldCup is on and got off a flight from Singapore at 15:00 and not one bag has come down from the flight!!! What a joke! Truly unacceptable and poor service - the managers should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

@JDOfficialI purchased timberlands from online. Got the delivery but didn’t open the package until Father’s Day and I find two different shoes inside. Contacted customer service but they are closed - I am so shocked - need someone to contact me ASAP
