Samurai Pizza Cats

I'm almost done with Bucky O Hare but the original animation is so bad, I am not sure if I should release it without some individual frame correction to fix the flaws... I'm going to work on Zelda & Samurai Pizza Cats while I think about it. #animation #buckyohare

ExcuUuse ME, princess! The Legend Of Zelda has so much noise grain it's distracting. DVD rip with double clean up + upscale to 720p. I'd love to get this one out as a full package with subtitles since the DVD doesn't include them 🙃 #animation #legendofzelda

Ran a double dose of clean up & noise reduction on Bucky O Hare. Going to see if I can get subtitles & upscale to 720 before I (attempt to) share it with the world.

@rhyme_maximus Topaz Video Enhance! I'm also using version 2, because they really messed things up in v3

Just a reminder that #dinosaucers upscales SO well. 👀

Yeah, I'm still here. #buckyohare #ruininganimation #cartoons

@MasterTurtle86 I'm working on it. Its a lot of episodes and right now the VHS-only stuff is my priority. Some day, I'll get them all done!

Some non-animation clean ups are in progress. Grounded For Life (2001) 720p+DNR

Not animation but that upscaling👀 #that80sshow #retro

Well, what I'm calling "Version 1" of Legend Of The Crystals is done. Is it perfect? Not at all. Is it significantly better than VHS!? Definitely. #finalfantasylegendofthecrystals #anime #animation #retro #cartoons

More upscale testing. It's not perfect but since I'm salvaging this from VHS I think it's coming along well. #finalfantasylegendofthecrystals #anime #animation #retro #cartoons

I have to be honest. I am gonna clean & upscale #buckyohare but the animation is so weird, it's hard to get passionate about it 😅 #anime #animation #cartoons #Retro

I did a quick upscale of some #samuraipizzacats to 720p. I can't believe they couldn't even give us that. 🙃 #anime #animation #cartoons #Retro

Good news is, interlacing issue is fixed. I did one noise cleanup with Topaz with no upscaling. I'm going to have to do a run through with Waifu2x & THEN manually cleanup frames & THEN upscale. Gonna take forever 🙃

#finalfantasy #finalfantasylegendofthecrystals #anime #animation Doing a lot of tests on this one. Sourcing from VHS makes interlacing a serious issue. I'm likely going to have to manually edit a lot. This clip was denoised, then run through Dain, then upscaled & 30fps locked

Picked up a BD of one of my favorite shows. Turns out #samuraipizzacats is 480i on Blu-Ray because apparently that's allowed...? Add another project to the upscale list 💀 #anime #animation
