Catching up on Twitter Feeds. Had fun but a painful race on Saturday's first 15k @gateriverrunjax had a time of 1 hour and 7 minutes not great but it’s a start. This strain in my foot is getting better. It was also great to race with my teammates and my mentor.

So proud of the @CamdenCoSports Boys Cross Country Team for placing 1st at the 20th Annual Tift Invitational. We took 1st Place out of 17 Teams. Also congratulations to the Girls Cross Country Team that placed 3rd with Marin placing first overall out of 121 Girls. @OfficialGHSA

Ran my first cross country 5K after being cleared from quarantine @ware_high and set a PR of 19:41. Great course and running around the pond with spectators right there was a lot of fun.
