It's baaaaaack. Sparkle Tonic can take the stuffing out of a Gin & Tonic or any other cocktail by adding a little bling and zing (aka edible glitter). Try it with our new Maple Grenadine, topped with seltzer. We call it Swear Jar because %$#* it's good.

The taps are all pulled, the forest has leafed out, and summer is doing its magic. The sugarbush (which is on Mt Mansfield in the distance) goes back to the realm of the critters, with the occasional visit from hikers.

Basswood honey is pulled off of hives where the bees have been feasting primarily on basswood flowers. It's at first light, but blooms on the palate into a minty, lush springtime honey. It's ideal in tea or drizzled over sliced apples.
