#FNBWines2Whales Hot and dusty but great riding
@NigelPierce have just seen your msg now. I am not familiar yet with this twitter thing yet so appologise. Do u still have questions 2 ask?
@FlyMangoSA @sani2c_scoop Why will mango not make arrangements to make sure last year's debacle isn't repeated. They refuse to do it.
@sani2c_scoop For Cape riders, be aware that Mango won't send bikes before your flight. 50 bikes didn't arrive in 2012, but Mango wont budge
Oceans was fantastic! Think I enjoyed it the most of my 20 voyages. Didn't feel good 1st 25 but was on a complete high from 42. Thnks Duncan
Last week of real training done! Big week was 99. Couldn't do 3 full weeks in a row, work got in the way. Now need to get legs fresh.
Went straight into training on Mon haven't had rest day yet. Felt legs but each day has been improving. Looking 4 a big week on tired legs
Had a great peninsula marathon on Sunday, better than expected. Went hard till 32 then cruised home on sub 3
Struggling through the weariness of mileage after a week they ended in redhill. 10, 11 & 16 so far this week all easy paced runs.
Taking a rest day. Last 3 week's have been 65, 77, & 80 this week. Hope to get 85-90 this coming week. This is where it becomes tougher.
Pretty windy day but redhill was great. Took it easy and really enjoyed the new route over the last few kms
If there's only one article you can read this entire week, make sure it's this one on Sachin by @paddyupton1 paddyupton.com/newsletter/ari… …
Entered for redhill 36. Looking forward to an easy training run in prep for oceans
