@broadbandangel @BTOpenreach Yes use what ever info needed, I will happily provide more if needed this has been an on going issue for over two years and I was finally diagnosed as water ingress I'm now getting my line rental and broadband foc from sky as means of compensation which I can show a screen shot.

@broadbandangel @BTOpenreach The fault reported to bt by an openreach engineer and he placed the tag on the line and told me what to look out for on my line stats as to when the repair was done my stats would change back to what they were before hand this has not happened and the repair is still outstanding.

@BTCare Cannot believe it! Have just spoken to someone in India, can’t give me any answers just rebooked another appointment for 2 days time. I rang at 8am this morning and they confirmed they were definitely going to come this morning between 8am and 1pm. Why is this happening??

@BTCare No-one can give me any explanation as to why the engineer hasn’t turned up today or why they didn’t turn up on 28th other than something went wrong with the order.
