There's no such thing as a "Neo-Confederate." Southerners defend their Confederate history, simple as that. Confederates defended their homes and their States. They also fought to defend America in many wars, before and since, to this very day. You should show some respect.

"I'm not attacking Southerners, I'm only attacking Confederates." That is a non-starter. If you attack Confederates you will get Southerners out in defense. The vast majority of Southerners supported the Confederacy. Many died defending it. They were NOT fighting for slavery.
