2025 NFL Draft Grades and Summary📊 Grades are weighted based on value added from fallers, value lost from reaches (non-QBs), and total talent added. The idea to is aquire talent, not burn picks, and gain value where you can. Here are the Top 32.

@ParkerBlake60 @That_Brett_Guy @David_Potteiger @burrow_time @OHclone @BMeek23 @TD_Bengals @TracyMcBradey @dockerz77 @Tikinola @JakeLiscow @BengalsAreOk @ChrisDunhamJr @Drkelp_222 @DraftGuyJared @BlakeJewellNFL Under this system your first year eligible for comp picks is Year 5 (5th year drafting) based on performance in Year 4 (the season post 4th draft). If you started with the 2023 Draft, your first draft eligible for comp picks would be 2027 based on the performance of 2026.

The choice is ultimately yours, but the goal is to keep the shadow draft difficult and not allow for a pseudo-FA.

@burrow_time Picking 9th each round. Instead of a Madden sim or drafting alongside my favourite team (Bengals) I use a wheel to randomly assign a team before the season and that team's ultimate draft slot is where I pick. Allows me to cheer for (against) another team and watch more games!

Not allowing them until Y5 (when the # of picks in each round goes to 1), limiting them to a max of 3 comp picks per draft, and making anything above a 5th difficult to award helps maintain integrity and rewards good drafting!

Would love to see everyone's team going into the offseason and where y'all will be drafting. Here's my team going into Year 5. I'm be picking 9th at the Bears' slot.
