I grew up watching Pat Rafter and Lleyton Hewitt doing Australia proud on the tennis court, gritty competitors who always left it out there win or lose. Tomic and Kyrgios are not my flavour, I just don’t get it.

Very grateful to everyone involved @leinsterrugby and @UlsterRugby for the past 3 years. Two clubs whose cultures are based on good people. Looking forward to a new challenge @ZebreRugby for the season ahead 🇮🇹

Anyone who doesn’t have @rickygervais down as one of his guests to that “which three guests would you invite to a dinner party” question, should just cancel their dinner party, put their M&S mesh undies and string vest on and have a quiet night in with the dog and the telly.

@SianMasonBurke @rickygervais Indeed, the Marks and Spencer, mesh Y fronts are the stuff of legend. Not a socially acceptable, mainstream fashion staple in the sub 50yr old grouping it must be said, but they will have their time again when society decides to choose comfort & function over fashion.

Fatherhood, when you’ve hit the pool early on a public holiday for laps, shower, chug down a smoothie, bang out a leg session, shower & you ring the missus @sculptedvegan on way home & hear the kids in the background say “can we go for a swim please” Sure, let’s do it. #3rdShower

@Planet_Belfast What is there to be scared of regards a border poll or indeed an informed, fact based discussion about how it will or won’t make the lives of the people of Northern Ireland better? Whatever the result, it will be what the people of Northern Ireland want, why is that an issue?
