Every night, a dedicated crew vacuums the reflecting pools at the 9/11 Memorial. We were grateful for the opportunity to witness the quiet care that goes into maintaining this sacred space. 25 years later, we will never forget.

@VerizonSupport @cstef54 Speeds drop at the worst times, and trying to get anything resolved feels like pulling teeth. I regret it big time and looking to switch elsewhere. Just wanted to save you the headache if you're considering them.

@VerizonSupport @cstef54 Hope you're doing well! Quick heads up — I wanted to share my experience with Verizon because I know you've been thinking about switching or signing up. Honestly, I'd strongly recommend not joining them right now.

@VerizonSupport @cstef54 I went with them a while back thinking it'd be solid, but it's been one disappointment after another. The coverage isn't as great as they advertise in my area, customer service has been a nightmare, and the billing surprises keep piling up.

@Verizon @VerizonSupport I have made numerous attempts to resolve an outstanding trade-in device payment, totaling approximately $1100, which has been pending for over two years. Despite consistent calls and even public posts on this platform, I have yet to receive a resolution
