@Garfieldisdoc And as you can see it’s not an isolated issue many people have been effected by it as well.

If your Siege account was "pulled" reply to this tweet. I wanna see how many people this is happening too. Might do a video as well about it.

@Garfieldisdoc My main account was pulled with my alternate being ticketed. I have 2 friends who have been getting ticketed with another 3 losing their accounts.

They have another tool they can use to see what's actively connected to an account. They will use this to answer recovery questions regarding the account such as steam profile connected consoles etc. This is all caused by a Ubisoft api that is open to anyone that knows how to access it.

. @UbisoftSupport is cooked. “They have a bot that is coded to spam recovery cases the cases look like this. Hello ubisoft, I have lost access to my alternate account Username= Profile Id= “ This triggers ubi to try and verify. They will use octosniff or xresolver etc to see the original owners ip and buy a proxy which they use on the bot to get super close to the original owners ip and then ubisoft verifies off of ip allowing them to change the email. Once they have email swapped to their own they spam cases again telling them to remove 2fa saying it’s an old phone number and then ubi removes the phone number allowing them full access to the account. Once they get access they sell high value skins such as glacier VIPs etc then transfer the credits to an external account.

If anyone has any suggestions for how to resolve this peacefully id be more than willing to do so. Again, just at a loss for words of how unhelpful and inept support is when it's obvious the account was breached. Do better Ubisoft

@UbisoftSupport @Ubisoft @KingGeorge @TheGodlyNoob @ncjack_ @PrestonalityC As many of you know, there is an exploit being abused in combination with Ubisoft support allowing many accounts to be stolen such as @aIiciaxi and @GlomojiR6 to name only a couple. Part 1 of Many

Please tell me Ubisoft, How is this remotely possible? You allowed this individual to gain access to my account and then sell a 600k credit skin for 9 credits change my Ubisoft name to a.999cOwnsMe and then somehow you can't refund the transactions made by him? Part 6

I will include pictures etc. to substantiate my claims but it is insane to think that a billion-dollar company governed by Federal Trade Commission regulations is so complicit with blatant fraud. I hope this is not the companies stance and is just some uninformed rep. Part 5

Upon contacting support they take the position that "we are unable to undo/refund ANY transaction made through the R6S Marketplace." Which is mind blowing considering they let the compromise happen in the first place and then so unhelpful to resolve the issue. Part 4 of Many

After regaining access to my account finally for the third time on 2/13/2025 I logged into see all of my high value items had been sold on the marketplace and the credits promptly transferred off of my account. I immediately contacted support with high hopes. Part 3 of Many

@UbisoftSupport @Ubisoft @KingGeorge @TheGodlyNoob @ncjack_ @PrestonalityC @aIiciaxi @GlomojiR6 It is baffling to me that although this is going on Ubisoft support is so clueless and unhelpful. I lost access to my account on 2/10/2025 and regained access to it early morning of 2/11/2025 for it to only be reverted less than an hour later. Part 2 of Many
