How many trainings genuinely teach students how to doubt their modality Gurus? How can we explore potential abuse arising from psychological theories?
As with Liz Truss, Brexit and previously ‘Black Wednesday’, one pattern of economic management is relentlessly followed until there is catastrophe. Is this the same with therapeutic ‘schools/modalities’?
5) Doubt not.. . catastrophe is inevitable “...Does therapeutic knowledge contain its own negation?” Supervision can like “...training tells what is to be done, it does not reveal how to doubt” (Letiche, 1990: 238).
3) By improving the interaction with the #therapist one ‘lessens the level of individual action’. One imprisons the client in their own #narcissism. ‘The person is made content, effective, even creative’. The individual receives the image which she in turn, projects onwards.
