@SAS I recently canceled my ticket and got message I would get refund within 7 days. Almost a month now and no sign of refund. No way to contact customer support for this via your site.

@SAS Currently at CPH arrived from MUN and about to leave on a flight to LAX... You left one of my 4 pieces of luggage behind in Munich! Who is going to fix this problem ASAP? Unacceptable especially since tried to speak to multiple representatives about this and nobody helping!

@SAS — 24+ hrs since my luggage vanished in Oslo due to Heathrow chaos. Now stranded in Tromsø at 7°C with no warm clothes, no updates, no support. This is beyond frustrating & completely unacceptable. #LostLuggage

Wow. Just had the worst. service. ever. thanks to @SAS airlines. Seat was filthy so told them, and got a shed load of attitude! (“We don’t clean” and “I don’t care, put your bag in the dirt” were my favourite quotes!). Sort it out @SAS airlines!!!

You take money for exit row seats and extra leg room seats and don’t provide them !! @SAS what is this ? Is this the customer service you provide for traveler’s after taking extra money ?
