ਸਕੂਲ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹਨਾਂ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਫ਼ੈਲਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਕਾਂਗਰਸ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਰਾਬਰ ਸਮਾਰਟ ਸਕੂਲ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਯਤਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਦੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਐਮੀਨੈਂਸ ਦਾ ਦਰਜ਼ਾ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੱਖੋਂ ਪਰੋਖੇ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਨਵੇਂ ਸਕੂਲ ਆਫ਼ ਐਮੀਨੈਂਸ ਬਣਾਉਣੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ।
ਰੱਖਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਉਹ ਪਿਛਲੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਫੁੱਲਤ ਕਰਗੀਆਂ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਹਾ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਸੌੜੀ ਸੋਚ ਸਦਕਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਸੁਧਾਰ ਲਈ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕੀਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਸੁਚੇਤ ਰੂਪ ਵਿਚ ਠੰਡੇ ਬਸਤੇ ਵਿਚ ਪਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸੇ ਸਿਆਸਤ ਦੀ ਭੇਂਟ 2014 ਵਿਚ ਖੋਲੇ ਗਏ ਮੈਰੀਟੋਰੀਅਸ
ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਆਫ ਐਮੀਨੈਂਸ । ਮਸਲਾ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜਦੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕੋਈ ਨਵਾਂ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਸਰਕਾਰਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਮੰਨਣ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਮੰਨ ਲੈਂਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਤੇ ਉਸ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਦੇ ਸਮਾਂਨਤਰ ਆਪਣੇ ਨਵੇਂ ਪ੍ਰੋਜੈਕਟ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਇਸ ਗੱਲ ਵਿਚ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ਼
