Winner of Young Lipid Scientist Award for 2021 goes to Chrysa Soteriou from University of Leeds for her presentation: "Dietary phytosterols impair oncogene signalling via modulation of membrane lipid properties". Congratulations Chrysa and also well done to the other presenters.

Deforestation is not just an issue for palm oil, but for, e.g. soybean and cocoa. Ready to give up chocolate? Me neither! Colombia has become the first Latin American country to tackle the issue. We don't need to turn our backs on such crops, just gain control.
