Today also marks 1 YEAR since our first Project Peace meeting! We spent the meeting learning about the history of Juneteenth and it’s significance. Here’s to many more!

Happy Juneteenth! Juneteenth is a holiday to commemorate the day in which U.S. slaves gained their freedom under law. Just last year Juneteenth became a national holiday!
