@VesperMart41932 @JonCarroll03 There’s a really good book called “Gales of November” that’s all about the ships history and Great Lakes freighting

@VesperMart41932 @JonCarroll03 It was built in Detroit. The only reason why Milwaukee it is significant is because of where the owners are from and why I visited it once. It was a great Lake freighter that was focused mostly on Superior to Erie.

@LionintheSenate @JAndrewLauer @JonCarroll03 Superior is definitely Twins territory. Fun town, recommend both it and Duluth

@JAndrewLauer @LionintheSenate @JonCarroll03 It’s more interesting because, it has such a history with that city and yet it only ever was there once.

@LionintheSenate @JonCarroll03 Because of the owners. It only went there once

@JonCarroll03 Most records say, it only went to Milwaukee once. It was more of an upper Great Lake ship, down to Ohio. Also the ship wasn’t actually going to Cleveland that famous night but Cleveland works better than Zug Island

@AsianFanatic_ @OptimistChicago @Matt_Fra_ At least we have real owners and not a charity write off for the Kohler family.

The reason Cubs fans (generalization) don't mind White Sox fans because they think the Cubs are the default Chicago team and don't think we're a real team lol

It will make the Cubs victory parade look like the White Sox victory parade.

People don’t realize, per the American Revolution, Washington wasn’t a top tier general. Pretty much was like Matthew Stratford, need a change and become MVP.

I own shares in the Braves, F1, ManU, Rogers Comm, and TKO, just so I can tell Packers fans how much more of an “owner” I am than them. Best investment of my life. It shut them up immediately. That $0.36 dividend from $RCI alone is more profitable than being a Packers “Owner”

Today I had a sales call with a prospective client from Wisconsin So I asked him if he was a Packers fan His reply “I am an owner” I wanted to ask him if the front office calls him before they make trades but decided the sell was worth it to keep my mouth closed

It’s kinda funny how all these Sox fans in this debate are dancing around a perfect 112 year old case study of an urban ball park, just north of them, but won’t say it because of how toxic the fans are about the Cubs. I think this stadium and whole project is great for Chicago.

There is a HUGE generational gap in opinion of what the Sox should do about the stadium and older people overwhelmingly hate any idea with no parking bc parking makes it easier to access games. My 90 y/o grandma cant take the L from Bridgeview
