The Annual Shareholder Meeting will be the 13th of June at 3:30 p.m. in Giga Texas. Limited number of shareholders will be invited. Those with a higher number of shares have a better chance at winning the lottery invites. Items of note that are up for vote include: > Proposal 1: Reelection of James Murdoch and Kimbal Musk to the board. > Proposal 3: To Reincorporate Tesla from Delaware to Texas. > Proposal 4: To Ratify the 100% Performance-Based Stock Option Award to Elon Musk from 2018. > Proposal 10: Reporting on Effects and Risks Associated with Electromagnetic Radiation and Wireless Technologies. (Wireless Charging?) Per Tesla BOD Chair Robyn Denholm on the 2018 pay package, "The Board stands behind this pay package. We believed in it in 2018, as we asked Elon to pursue remarkable goals to grow the company. You, as stockholders, also believed in it in 2018 when you overwhelmingly approved it. Time and results have only shown the wisdom of our judgment." - Earlier this year, shipping and supply company Martin Brower (MB) partnered with Tesla and ran a Tesla Semi pilot program running routes to restaurants serviced by their Stockton, California, Distribution Center. A group of five MB drivers were trained to operate the Semi. Per Assistant Transportation Manager Megan Yamaguchi, “The Tesla Semi experience has been impressive since day one. Our drivers had no problem learning the systems and maximizing the features that set these tractors apart. We’ve been able to push these tractors well beyond expectations and look forward to our electric future.” Martin Brower will review the results of the pilot to consider implementing the Semis into their West Coast fleet. Per Tesla Semi Lead Dan Priestley (u/danWpriestley), "These demonstrations with the Tesla Semi have provided great product feedback on how to make the best class 8 truck while also showing customers how it can fit in their operations. Keep an eye out for them on the road!" - According to China's The Paper, the Shanghai Megafactory is scheduled to start construction in May and begin production in the first quarter of 2025. Tata and Taiwan’s Powerchip Semiconductor Manufacturing Corporation (PSMC) are building a factory in Gujarat’s Dholera. - The Uk's She's Electric has partnered with Tesla for their next event in May on the 18th and 19th in Surrey and Kent. Included are; Dhruva Aerospace, Skyroot, Galaxeye, SatSure and Agnikul Cosmos. It is tentatively planned for the 21st or 22nd of April. "Things are still sketchy at the moment, and we are not clear how much time we will get.
