At a share price of $2.58, Biorem $BRM.V has a MC of $40.8M and an EV of $37.1M ($7.3M cash vs $3.6M debt). It’s trading at (TTM): P/S = 1.01 | EV/S = 0.92 P/E = 8.69 | EV/E = 7.90 With YTD revenue up 117% and a growing backlog, it is undervalued. (more in my blog)

Using quarterly figures to value mission-critical capital equipment integrator businesses can be tricky and lead to rookie mistakes. $BRM.V is a good example. The business is currently trading at 4.6x EV/Q3-2024 TTM EBITDA.
