What an incredibly lucky nation we are to have an NHS. After being diagnosed with Pulmonary Sarcoidosis just over a month ago, the care and attention has been first class. Today was a rather unpleasant procedure to feed a camera down into my lungs + take a tissue sample #clap4NHS

Getting my lock down racing fix on Global MX5 Cup series on iracing. One day this will be the future for racing when the fossil fuel vehicles have all gone. very pleased with me self built cockpit

I’ve never had the opportunity to cultivate my own yeast before to make sour dough bread. With the lack of available fresh bread in my local supermarkets and being secluded at home it felt appropriate. Meet Eric, my yeasty friend. May you turn me into a smashed avocado hipster

I’m overwhelmed by how incredibly well the whole firm has pulled together over the last week to mobilise staff and keep people working. There’s much further to go over the coming weeks as further restrictions to people movement have been imposed. #teamwork #staysafe

Thanks again to @NorwichCityCSF for another great karting event this morning. As always well run and organised. The weather was eventually kind to us. An improvement on last years result, Though due to 7th pit stop mix up in the team we were probably disqualified. 🤭
