@SIMPLEMobile I called last week to update my payment information. I got a new debit card. Somebody dropped the ball. They DID NOT update my information and my phone has been cut off.
@SIMPLEMobile You have the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever seen. My phone says “no sim” and I tried customer service chat and accidentally typed “shit phone off” instead of “shut” and now I can’t chat any longer because they think I cursed at them. Just fix the phone I paid for.
@SIMPLEMobile They sure don't help when you get a new phone because yours is stolen and they don't put the service on at all regardless of how many times you call it hangs up
