@JagexTwisted Any chance you could look into the reason my account was banned? It says that it was botted and I was online daily, but I don't bot. I'm thinking it was hijacked or something, and am going to be adding it to my Jagex Launcher account if I can. Username: ADHD TIME

As you can see, the appeal was lifted for a macroing minor offense which I obviously wasn't appealing. I was sending in an appeal for 3rd party and it was accepted. So why is my account still permanently banned if it was accepted?

@JagexTwisted I sent in an appeal hoping that my account's strike would be removed, for a false ban for third party client. I had no other way to appeal for it, so I sent one in on another offense I had, since Jagex is so frustrating to get in contact with.

@JagexTwisted so I posted on @JagexSupport but I see you've got a knack for responding on the same day. I was just banned on a FRESH account and it says macro major? I've banged out a ton of quests overnight and just finished agility - This is definitely false??

I literally just moved off of 35 agility off to mine some Clay and my client kept crashing for some reason - I tried to login after the last crash and I was banned?

@JagexSupport I was banned for 3rd party client. Offence date is the 28th which was today. I was in the hospital the entire day and my account is not compromised. Fix your game please.
