We need to find the sweet spot of best practice, high impact teaching strategies, with next practice capabilities assessment, with AI assisted learning. The role of the teacher becomes even more sophisticated &needs more time for collaborative planning, prep, delivery&reflection.

I’m in such admiration of these 5 x Eastern Creek high schools who have collaborated to: 1) invest in culture as a priority. 2) implement the NSW IER policy and others. 3) reduce student suspensions and improve behaviour. They’ve done a remarkable job … together.
