Through the pandemic, I was the only social worker that has continued in person work, up until my termination. In fact, during the height of the pandemic myself and one member of management created the food pantry program that is now a high-priority initiative at @QueensDefenders

Monthly $20 gift cards don't cover rent. They don't cover student loans. They don't pay for medical and therapy visits. And they don't distract anyone from the fact that salaries at SPP are still extremely inequitable. We demand a fair contract now!
