#1Ummah1Khilafah #ArmiesToAqsa #Time4Khilafah شرعی قوانین کو صرف ہمارا تعلیمی نصاب ہی نہیں بلکہ ہمارا آئین بھی بنانا چاہیے 17 ستمبر 2024 کو وفاقی وزیر برائے مذہبی امور و بین المذاہب ہم آہنگی نے کہا کہ سائنس، ریاضی اور تاریخ کے ساتھ ساتھ قرآن، حدیث اور فقہ کی تعلیم بھی دی جانی چاہیے تاکہ طلباء کو ایک جامع تعلیم فراہم کی جا سکے۔ تاہم سوال یہ پیدا ہوتا ہے کہ اسلام کس حد تک پڑھایا جائے گا؟ موجودہ سیکولر نظام کے تحت تو مذہب کو مسلمانوں کی اجتماعی زندگی اور ریاست کے معاملات سے الگ کر دیا گیا ہے۔ مسلمانوں کے موجودہ حکمران اسلام کو صرف عقائد اور عبادات تک محدود رکھتے ہیں۔ اسلام قوم پرستی کو مسترد کرتا ہے اور تمام مسلمانوں کے ایک ہی خلافت کے تحت اتحاد کو واجب قرار دیتا ہے۔ اسلام سودی قرضوں کو مسترد کرتا ہے اور معیشت میں شریعت کے احکام کے نفاذ کو لازمی قرار دیتا ہے۔ اسلام ان ریاستوں کے ساتھ کسی بھی تعلق کو مسترد کرتا ہے جو مسلم سرزمین پر قابض ہوں اور مسلم علاقوں کو آزاد کرانے کے لیے افواج کو متحرک کرنے کو لازمی قرار دیتا ہے۔ یہ صرف خلافت راشدہ ہی ہے جو اسلام کو مکمل ضابطہ حیات کے طور پر نافذ کرتی ہے۔
