Today I finally understood something about Donald Trump that I had been missing this entire time. And when it hit me — it hit me completely. Because, look at who this man chose to surround himself with.
Not billionaires.
Not people born into power.
Not people who had everything handed to them.
Karoline Leavitt — 27 years old. Ice cream shop girl from New Hampshire.
Trump looked at her and saw something the entire world missed.
Made her the youngest Press Secretary in American history.
Susie Wiles — a woman who has spent her whole life quietly strategizing from the background.
No fame. No spotlight. Just pure brilliance.
Trump looked at her and said — you will be my Chief of Staff. First female Chief of Staff in American history.
JD Vance — a soldier. A boy from Appalachia who served his country in uniform before he ever served it in office.
Trump looked at him and said — you will stand beside me.
Pete Hegseth — a soldier who gave everything on the battlefield. Two Bronze Stars.
Trump looked at him and said — you will lead our military.
Marco Rubio — the son of a bartender and a hotel maid. Two immigrants who came to America with nothing.
Trump looked at their son and made him the first Latino Secretary of State in American history.
Do you understand what Trump actually did?
He did not build a powerful administration.
He built an unbreakable one."
Because every single person in it knows what it feels like to have nothing. And people who came from nothing never take anything for granted.
Tonight, say one prayer for this entire administration. And say a bigger one for the man who chose them.
Then pass this to every American who needs to understand why this administration hits different from every single one that came before it."🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Republicans want to
1) keep our borders closed
2) keep our people safe from drugs and bad illegal aliens
3) support the family
4) protect our Christian rights
5) support women in their sports
6) save our nation!!!!
🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸Please get out and vote
Republican!!! We are NOT perfect by any means, but we want the best for everyone in our State and Nation!!!!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
He’s right on France being the progressive left’s welfare state wet dream. His blind spots: DSA is not just some insignificant movement in isolated areas. These are test runs for the entire democrat party and its socialist movement. Nor did he mention third world migration and Islamic invasion. It’s a huge mistake to believe all problems are economic and can be solved with money. At its core, France has invited a cultural nightmare by allowing people into their country who refuse to assimilate and tolerating intolerable behavior. Violence is their currency. As for Chicago and Illinois? I live there. Griffin could’ve bought the mayor’s office, city council, governor’s office and state legislature. Legally. Ethically. Morally. How? Seek and recruit smart, talented candidates. Train and educate them on all the issues. Establish a sensible platform to address the state and city’s finances, crime and education needs. Pay for their campaigns. Massive marketing campaigns. I’ve watched his wealth go from $5 to $50 BILLION! Pritzker is only worth $3.9B. Yet he’s spent over $500M. Pritzker is committed. Griffin is not. The Red/Green Alliance is not a bubble. It’s real, well organized and financed. Europe may not recover. America still has a chance. But not by running and hiding in Miami. In 2012 Griffin gave a rare interview about politics saying he had to spend more time thinking about politics because politics kept thinking about him. Asked if money played too big a role he said “not enough!” Then he said “those who’ve benefited the most from America owe it to the next generations to make sure the same opportunities are there for them.” And how are wealthy conservatives faring in that pledge? As long as we allow our media to blatantly sell lies and bury truth…our schools to keep “educating” students who can’t read, write, think critically…don’t know or understand history, Marxism/Communism, Econ 101…who are taught to hate America rather than love her…and don’t stop the foreign invasion of people who refuse to assimilate…America will become France. Give me a call, Ken. We need to talk.
"That's not democracy. That's a purchase order." Cute line, Elizabeth. Let's read the Democratic purchase orders out loud.
Start with yours. 2020, your presidential campaign is collapsing after Iowa and New Hampshire. A super PAC called Persist PAC shows up to rescue you. 96% of its money came from one Silicon Valley megadonor. One check. $14.6 million. Donors hidden until after Super Tuesday. You'd spent the whole primary telling everyone super PACs were corruption. Then you took the purchase order.
Now the rest of the catalog.
George and Alex Soros: $103.7 million this cycle alone, $102 million of it dumped into a single Democratic super PAC.
Majority Forward, the dark money nonprofit tied to your own Senate leader Chuck Schumer: $102 million. Donors? Secret.
House Majority Forward: $61.7 million. Donors? Also secret.
Michael Bloomberg: around $1 billion on his own 2020 primary, $100 million for Biden in Florida, and still writing eight-figure checks in 2026.
Reid Hoffman: $11.5 million into one super PAC for one Texas Senate race.
Bill Gates: reportedly around $50 million to a pro-Harris group in 2024.
Pritzker, Moskovitz, Steyer, Hastings: millions upon millions, cycle after cycle.
Kamala Harris: over $1 billion raised in under three months. Lost anyway.
Musk's money is disclosed, public, and on the front page of the New York Times article you just linked. Which, by the way, says $276 million, not "nearly $300 million." Schumer's money sits in an anonymous nonprofit nobody can see inside.
So which one is the purchase order, Elizabeth?
For twenty years, billionaire money was "saving democracy." Now it's "buying Congress." The only thing that changed is whose name is on the check.
The richest man on earth dropped nearly $300 million to buy himself a Congress.
That’s not democracy. That’s a purchase order.
On November 3, remind him the government isn’t for sale.

Here’s what no one is saying about women dressing like whores.
The result is desensitization.
It makes men need more to get stimulated.
It subtly contributes to population control.
But yall not ready for that conversation.
What’s terrifying about this clip isn’t their ideals…these sweet gals’ hearts are certainly in the right place. What’s terrifying is they have the civic, political, and economic literacy of a 9 year old. When a charlatan like Abdul comes along with the Jr High class president schtick of “no more homework and the vending machines are all free!”, they fall for it.
I don’t know how you get to that age with ZERO understanding of supply chains, manufacturing, labor costs…but a lot of folks think that medicine and MRIs and hospitals just materialize out of thin air like unicorn farts. They’ve never built anything in their lives, so they have no concept of how things function…things are just…there. They think milk comes from the store. They think rich people don’t pay taxes, even though the top 1% fund 40% of government with their taxes already, and yet 40% of all Americans contribute ZERO federal income tax at all. These people don’t understand that you could tax the wealthy at 100% and it would only fund the government for 120 days. Then you’re screwed.
Too many Americans simply have zero understanding of how anything works, and even though they’re living in the easiest times in human history, they think things are “terrible out there”. These commie scammers roll through and promise them things that sound great, but aren’t possible in reality, and have devastating consequences if tried…but because they don’t know anything, they fall for it. Sadly, so many of our politicians and their advisors are such atrocious communicators, there’s like zero countervailing narrative to push back on the commie gobbledygook, so we are gonna have to learn the hard way. Guys…we just had a sample of socialism: Covid. We all got universal basic income, and it ended up tripling our costs and they’ll never go down. Ever. That one brief little experiment in command and control government will haunt us the rest of our lives. Bleak stuff, man. x.com/Outspoken_Sam/…
Barack Obama signed the Affordable Care Act in March 2010, guaranteeing you cheaper insurance, more competition, and the ability to keep your doctor. Premiums for individual plans more than doubled between 2013 and 2017. Deductibles climbed so high that millions of technically "insured" Americans still skipped medical care because the out-of-pocket costs were prohibitive.
The government mandated what your insurance must cover, forced healthy young people to subsidize older high-risk pools, and then expressed genuine surprise when prices spiked. Prices always tell the truth.
The 2009 stimulus, officially $831 billion, operated on the Keynesian assumption that government spending creates wealth. Government spending transfers wealth, first taxing or borrowing it from the productive sector, then routing it through political channels where efficiency is nobody's personal concern. The "shovel-ready jobs" Obama later joked about produced no measurable acceleration in recovery. The recession that followed 2008 should have cleared in 18 months, as previous sharp downturns historically did when left alone. The Obama recovery took a decade and delivered the weakest GDP growth of any post-war expansion on record.
Dodd-Frank, signed in 2010, weighs 2,300 pages. Community banks spent compliance budgets they never had, and roughly 1,900 small banks vanished between 2010 and 2016. The big institutions that actually caused the 2008 crisis absorbed the regulatory cost with ease and used the new complexity as a competitive moat. Regulations written by large players consistently protect large players. The middle-class small-business owners who needed credit found fewer lenders willing to offer it.
Obama also expanded drone warfare to seven countries, assassinated American citizens without trial, and extended the surveillance state through a reauthorized PATRIOT Act, which undermines any libertarian's case that the Democratic Party is less hostile to civil liberties than its competition.
Then there was Cash for Clunkers, which destroyed 690,000 working cars in 2009 by crushing them with sodium silicate. Mechanics lost parts inventory. Buyers on a budget lost affordable transportation. Prices for used cars spiked. You paid more so dealers could move new inventory.
A generation of voters watched the government spend $5 trillion across two terms, nationalize health insurance markets, regulate finance into oligopoly, and print money through three rounds of quantitative easing that inflated asset prices and rewarded those who already owned property. You paid higher premiums, earned lower real wages, and watched your savings earn nothing in a deliberately suppressed interest-rate environment. The bill always arrives later. You see the ribbon cutting and the document signing, but you feel the damage to your pocket only years later.
You gotta hand it to the media.
GDP is over 3%, wages at record highs, poverty at record lows and the media has convinced us we're living through the Great Depression.
And here's the thing.
Food inflation is actually BELOW the 20 year average!
Mice die in mousetraps because they don’t understand that the free cheese is not actually free.
SOCIALISM: There is always free cheese in a trap. That’s why the trap works.
Only in Illinois can a governor hike taxes 63 times, drain $85.6 billion from residents, and then throw himself a parade for "financial responsibility."
It is totally fair for @GovPritzker to brag about any state credit rating upgrades that take place on his watch. Any other leader would undoubtedly do the exact same.
But at least be honest about the means by which you are signaling to credit agencies that Illinois' books are closer to balanced: $86 billion in tax hikes.
This is the opposite of fiscal discipline.
And it's why Illinois still has the lowest state credit rating in the nation, despite recent upgrades.
In no meaningful sense is there anything remotely close to fiscal responsibility in Illinois without reforming the state's infamously broken pension system, which continues to grow worse even as Illinoisans' tax burden endlessly spikes to pay it down.
In Illinois, a tax hike is just bill for a former elected leader's mistake. Future generations of Illinoisans will certainly be paying for Pritzker's.

I don’t care what the media or polls say — I’m proud Trump is my President 🇺🇸
Modern luxury is the ability to live quietly. No drama. No noise. No pretending to be someone you are not. Just living a low-key life that actually feels like yours. Reading good books. Listening to music. Staring at walls. Going for walks. Watching classic movies. Working on your purpose. Thinking about life and all. Feeling joy in ordinary things. Just that. That is peace.
@SeanMMorrison Remind the senator that under Trump we have choices of gas or electric.
Under democrats we are told what we will get.
Our freedom under democrats is suppressed.
HOUSTON WE HAVE A PROBLEM:
This is a well written and thought out article written by a 26 yr old college student by the name of Alyssa Ahlgren, who's in grad school for her MBA.
What a GREAT perspecitve...
My Generation Is Blind to the Prosperity Around Us!
I'm sitting in a small coffee shop near Nokomis (Florida) trying to think of what to write about. I scroll through my newsfeed on my phone looking at the latest headlines of presidential candidates calling for policies to "fix" the so-called injustices of capitalism. I put my phone down and continue to look around.
I see people talking freely, working on their MacBook's, ordering food they get in an instant, seeing cars go by outside, and it dawned on me. We live in the most privileged time in the most prosperous nation and we've become completely blind to it.
Vehicles, food, technology, freedom to associate with whom we choose. These things are so ingrained in our American way of life we don't give them a second thought.
We are so well off here in the United States that our poverty line begins 31 times above the global average. Thirty One Times!!!
Virtually no one in the United States is considered poor by global standards. Yet, in a time where we can order a product off Amazon with one click and have it at our doorstep the next day, we are unappreciative, unsatisfied, and ungrateful. ??
Our unappreciation is evident as the popularity of socialist policies among my generation continues to grow.
Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez recently said to Newsweek talking about the millennial generation, "An entire generation, which is now becoming one of the largest electorates in America, came of age and never saw American prosperity."
Never saw American prosperity! Let that sink in.
When I first read that statement, I thought to myself, that was quite literally the most entitled and factually illiterate thing I've ever heard in my 26 years on this earth.
Many young people agree with her, which is entirely misguided.
My generation is being indoctrinated by a mainstream narrative to actually believe we have never seen prosperity. I know this first hand, I went to college, let's just say I didn't have the popular opinion, but I digress.
Why then, with all of the overwhelming evidence around us, evidence that I can even see sitting at a coffee shop, do we not view this as prosperity? We have people who are dying to get into our country.
People around the world destitute and truly impoverished. Yet, we have a young generation convinced they've never seen prosperity, and as a result, we elect some politicians who are dead set on taking steps towards abolishing capitalism.
Why? The answer is this,?? my generation has only seen prosperity. We have no contrast. We didn't live in the great depression, or live through two world wars, the Korean War, The Vietnam War or we didn't see the rise and fall of socialism and communism.
We don't know what it's like to live without the internet, without cars, without smartphones. We don't have a lack of prosperity problem. We have an entitlement problem, an ungratefulness problem, and it's spreading like a plague."
I need to make a very PUBLIC announcement on behalf of younger GenXers and older Millennials.
If you see someone in their 40s or 50s who seems a little boring now, I need you to understand something...
We already got it in.
Like...GOT. IT. IN.
We are not sitting home on a Friday night because we never knew how to have fun.
We are sitting home on a Friday night because we have seen enough.
We went to parties in houses that should have been condemned and were almost certainly owned by the local drug dealer.
We saw police lights and RAN and not across a nice, flat field.
INTO THE WOODS.
Do you understand the athleticism required to hurdle uprooted tree roots in platform shoes while simultaneously trying to keep your low-rise jeans from sliding completely off your ass?
And somehow...we never spilled the Zima. We never spilled the Boone’s Farm.
That was TALENT.
We slept on floors in strange houses because the designated driver either never showed up or, in a shocking turn of events, was drunker than everybody else.
There was no Uber, Life360 or Find My Friends.
There was just somebody named Mike saying, “I know a shortcut.”
And we FOLLOWED MIKE.
We closed down bars and then decided the night was still young, so we drove to Atlantic City, where we somehow managed to get drunk, sober up, get drunk again, sober up again and then get drunk a THIRD TIME before breakfast.
And according to our parents? We were at Michelle’s house.
Eating pizza and watching movies.
Michelle’s mother unknowingly covered for approximately 17 people every weekend. If there even was a Michelle.
We drank things called Purple Passion, Mad Dog 20/20 and whatever somebody mixed inside a giant plastic garbage can. Nobody asked what was in it. You grabbed a red Solo cup and trusted the process.
We went to clubs until the lights came on. Do you know the psychological damage of seeing a nightclub with the LIGHTS ON? Nothing good happens after those lights come on.
We danced for four straight hours in shoes that permanently altered the structure of our feet.
We made entire plans without cell phones...no texts, dropped pins or group chats...just an extremely questionable sense of direction.
We rode in cars with 11 people when the vehicle legally seated five. Someone was always sitting on someone. Someone was always in the hatchback.
And there was always one friend yelling, “DUCK!” when we passed a cop.
So yes...now we like being home.
We like sweatpants.
We like cancelling plans.
We like saying, “That sounds fun!” with absolutely no intention of attending.
We like restaurants at 5:30 because we can get a good table.
We like being home by 8:17.
And if someone texts at 9:30 PM and says, “What are you doing?”
Sleeping...we are sleeping.
Because this is not boring my friends...this is retirement.
We already played, partied and danced on the bar.
We already ran from the cops through a wooded area dressed like a Spice Girl.
We have stories that cannot be posted because there are still people with careers, marriages and reputations to protect. And thank GOD there were no camera phones.
So kids, when you look at your Gen X and older Millennial parents sitting peacefully on the couch watching Dateline at 8 PM and think:
“God, you guys are boring.”
Sweetheart...oh sweetheart.
You are looking at retired legends.
Put some respect on our names. We're probably the reason Life360 was invented.
xoxoxo (posted from someone else on FakeBook) 🤣 #genx#oldandtired
The truth that nobody talks about is hiring illegal aliens only benefits the company that hired them. Because they’re illegal, they are given low wages (often less that minimum wage). If they get hurt - too bad. The company doesn’t provide any medical benefits (taxpayers fund their trips to the ER) and the company can “throw the injured out,” and replace them with another within an hour.
Being a legal immigrant is the only way to ensure these big manufacturers and meat processing companies don’t take advantage of the illegal aliens.
So where are the bleeding hearts liberals when the reality of the situation comes to light?
