Prior to this year, I would've said you'd have to pry my paper Engineering Notebook out of my lifeless fingers before I'd voluntarily make the switch to digital. 🤣📓✂️ But, now, after seeing how students make them their own, I'm *this* close to choosing it for myself! ⚙️🖥️

The nosepieces on this glasses-style face shield were way too long to properly wear a KN95 mask, so I hacked my trusty Oakleys into the most comfortable shield ever. Work smarter out there people!! 😎😁👍

Teachers- we heard yesterday that removing your mask to teach in class is an option if you are 6 ft away from students (in KISD). PLEASE choose to wear it. You could emit aerosols- infectious viral particles that drift around in the air for up to 3 hrs health.harvard.edu/diseases-and-c…

So much this. Nowhere in the plans released have I seen consideration for the lives of teachers and staff, many of whom are either high risk themselves (🙋‍♀️) or live with people who are. Rigorous remote learning is a viable option- AND WORTH IT. Esp. in buildings with 2k+ students
