If you cancel a meeting with my exec last minute, please know my exec's next avail date to reschedule could be weeks from your original mtg date. He wants to meet you as soon as he can, but his calendar is already packed for months in advance.

When I offer slots in my exec's time zone, please send back your avail in that time zone (you can include yours too, but a must to include ours). You want the mtg. Make it easy for me to help you schedule.

Add your phone # to your email signature. Sometimes that 'much wanted' mtg slot with our exec becomes avail and we want to call you to let you know. If no #, the slot will be gone before we hear from you over email..

When booking a meeting with my execs, be nice to me. Not because you have to, but really, because you are a good, kind human being. In the scheduling world, that alone gets you further than you think...

If you're requesting a meeting with one of my execs, you bend over backwards to try to make it to times I suggest. Not cute when you keep saying "I can't make that time" to everything I suggest. Remember, you requested the mtg, not them.
