The auction was hot last night. This Burchett Board went for a $700 donation to the Campbell County Republican Party!

@ComicDaveSmith @AlexBerenson Why do people agree to a debate with you? Is there a fetish for taking part in career suicide? @AlexBerenson came off like a total clown 🤡.

Portland Moderate. @pdxmoderate

One of Portland’s tallest buildings is up for sale for $70 million. In 2015 it was sold for $372 million. A stunning 80% loss in value. It breaks my heart seeing building after building go into forclosure in Portland. The price the city pays for the incompetence and terrible govt policies of a few is beyond my worst nightmare. An 80% drop in property value isn’t just a financial statistic—it’s a stark indicator of deeper systemic issues Portland is grappling with: policy missteps, rising crime, crumbling infrastructure, and a dwindling support system for businesses and property owners. The consequences are far-reaching—job losses, shrinking tax revenues, struggling small businesses, and a steady flight of investment from what was once a thriving downtown. These buildings used to represent growth and innovation. Now, they stand as cautionary tales of what can happen when governance becomes disconnected from economic and civic realities. @MayorKWilson @GovTinaKotek @OR_epg @jvegapederson @MCPLynnPeterson
