There’s a scenario where Clayface gets bodied by Wildwood and then Godzilla Minus Zero. The DCU deserves to fail. Whilst Wildwood and Minus Zero look fantastic and like movies that could potentially push the medium forward. Godspeed to them both.

@SpyHards It takes a certain calibre of bad sequel to make many people re-evaluate whether the movies before it were all that great to begin with. I’d like to say it opened many up to how bad 80% of that era was. Definitely the most overrated Bond era. Perhaps fitting it ended in flames.

@BiggoInfamous I don’t think Godzilla -1 was made for awards & critical acclaim. The creatives wanted to make the best Godzilla movie possible. That’s the right approach. Most movies chasing awards end up quite pretentious & bad. -1 succeeds because it aims to be the best story it can be first.

@YourPalRags The Watts movies get mocked for their cinematography. Sometimes it’s fair. However, what they do with the lights in this scene is really neat and smarter than any ‘peak fire sauce cinema so back’ shot in Bland New Decay.
“Stop toying with people’s families” is a funny line because… Both of those awful characters literally use innocent people as their play things for their own sick amusement. MCU fans have for long been on the other side of smart, but Spider: Brand New Day is a Brand New Low.
Jean’s crash out is valid. I stand with the Scarlett Witch for the same reason. Stop toying with people’s families! Because why did they take her sister like that and killed her!??? And everyone just wanted her to chill?
