When people say I want to increase consciousness that Dosent mean “ Learn learn learn “ what it means is to be more present and connect to the source . Not from the mind but from the heart . There is more intelligence in the heart that can raise your frequency than there is in the mind . And we live / play in a universe , simulation to where your frequency is what will you will attract . Highest frequencies : Love , Joy , Compassion Highest expression: Gratitude , Self love , Self acceptance , Self respect All for your self FIRST … then to Others You will be mind blown of what the universe will bend towards for you

LIFE HACK : Most people say “ Meta Cognition “ is the best skill to have … but never explain a practical way to perform meta cognition . Meta cognition is basically self awareness and the ability to rewrite the code in your mind . Now how do you do that practically ? 1. Let your mind wander into thought 2. After a little bit of time catch yourself and ask : What was I just thinking of ? 3. Rewrite the meaning of that thought WITH ONE THAT MAKES YOU VIEW THE WORLD MORE CLEAR AND MORE COMPETITIVE It’s like trying to put a puzzle together and you try to put the peice in place … only to see it dosent fit just like that thought didn’t fit . Only to then find the correct thought that ensures success . Call it the success puzzle ! Thats meta cognition in practical form

People use all the time “Fake it until you make it “ I understand the concept however a better approach is “ Be it until you Become it “ How do you do that ? Imagine the most positive outcome in your current reality .. Don’t day dream , Don’t imagine some fairytale . Let your mind feel it’s real in the body . If you live in an apartment … imagine living in the apartment with an extra 100,000 in your pocket . How would that feel? Sit with the feeling … if your gut wrenches , mind tries to get you away from the feeling . Still .. stay there and bring a positive emotion into the experience . Like Pride , Joy , Gratitude

@lukebelmar Most men can’t create safety in their thoughts and are constantly manifesting fear . Because subconsciouslly they are in fear . The mirror of life will show you exactly what you think . Dig deep and fight the shadow within and you will speed run your way to a millionaire

I’m 30 years old. And I’ve lived more lives in 10 years than most people do in 30. Not because of time… But because of pressure, risk, failure, responsibility, and choosing growth when it would’ve been easier to stay comfortable. Wisdom doesn’t come with age. It comes with life lived. I’ve built businesses. Lost money. Made money. Led teams. Misled people. Rebuilt myself more times than I can count. And what I’ve learned is this: The world we operate in today is not the same world from even 10 years ago. Old rules are breaking. • Authority is no longer given — it’s earned daily • Information is everywhere — execution is rare • Attention is the new currency — but trust is the real asset • Speed wins — but only if direction is right • And the man you are internally… will always set the ceiling externally We are in a new era of operators. Not talkers. Not “idea guys.” Not people waiting for permission. People who build. People who adapt after failure People who take ownership. People who win . — Here’s what I stand on now after many lessons. I don’t chase outcomes. I build systems & culture that can withstand most of outcomes . I don’t force people. I attract and admire alignment. I don’t react emotionally. I observe, then decide. I don’t need certainty. I move with conviction. Uncertainty is a given . Even after ready this sentence . — If you’re reading this, understand: You don’t need more time. You don’t need more information. You need to become the person who can handle what you’re asking for. — This is the decade where everything changes. And the only question is: Would your kids or family be proud of you ? Through love . All things transpire .
