Nothing to troubleshoot. It’s since the latest update which we got along with this bug. The route is simply not routing you the way it should. On iPhone, CarPlay, Android auto.

@SavageMulatto Hi there, if you're running into issues with Google Maps, try the troubleshooting steps here: goo.gle/3oW0tVa. If you continue to experience the issue, send us feedback here: goo.gle/43OR0Ce. Appreciate it.

You can’t see messages and emails as well since your customer service is ridiculously outstanding ignorance on the highest level. Literally no one to talk to when it comes to chatting with customer service. Now AI generated automated emails. Amazing customer service!!

@WhatsApp @Meta please fix the issue when taking a video that it jitters around even when not zooming in or out. Just by holding your phone steady and moving closer to the object. This is a major bug.

@WhatsApp Stop getting distracted updating the app every single time with new bugs. Another update another major bug. When sending for someone a contact, if that person has a work/home # as well - it will not come up, only the # with WhatsApp of his/her contact will show. Ridiculous!!

No shame by ignoring the fact that there’s still an ongoing issue with cropping pictures that it zooms in by pressing done before sending it to your contact you have selected.

Estou há semanas com um bug no WhatsApp do iOS ao tentar recortar imagens direto no app. Não mantém o formato que deixo, recorta a imagem toda e deixa apenas um pedaço (???)

Agree!! And while we at it, @WhatsApp please bring the arrows and circles to use on an image or video, as oppose to use the pen and trying to figure out how to make an arrow!!

@MarkCrtlC When cropping the image in WhatsApp, photo is reduced to a quarter. Please fix this. It’s the coding error. Kindly resolve this issue .

Hey @WhatsApp please fix the image crop bug after the latest updates. Very annoying that the images get butchered after cropping them on your app.

@WhatsApp @Meta Apparently, there’s an issue with audio quality when sending a voice note - since the past 7-8 updates back. The audio is muffled, it’s not like it used to be. I tried emailing so many times and nobody listens. Can we pls get this fixed ASAP in the next update?

@WhatsApp @Meta there has to be a solution with the bad audio quality on voice notes ASAP. This bug is going on for a while already, and there are a lot of complaints about it. reddit.com/r/whatsapp/com…

Apparently, you are not the only one. @WhatsApp is somehow ignoring the fact that on the past 4-6 updates on iOS (I’m not sure if android as well) are facing voice note quality issues - where the voice sounds very muffled.
