👇The smart ones realize it's not about how many elite showcase tournaments they can attend but how many development hours they are getting to hone their craft.

Hockey Canada completed a study which concluded that 1 quality run practice with many puck touches, game like, decision making, challenging and fun will equal up to eleven "regular" full ice games. Keep that study in mind when designing your practice to maximize development.

@zachchurchill This has been a problem long before Houston. This started under McNeil. Houston promised to fix this problem but is failing. Both parties have to eat this problem.
