The ES is looking like it may move sideways today. The consumer confidence number at 10:00 am may nudge it into an intraday trend to trade.

The market dropped on the uptick in unemployment. It is currently retracing the reaction, but it looks like it will finish the week with an inside day. The bullish trend is still intact although the intraday trend on the 60-minute chart is bearish.

The indexes may be overbought, but it can become more overbought in a strong bullish trend. The bulls are pushing higher. There may be a small pullback before new highs are made again.

The ES is bouncing a little this morning, but it looks like it may be a dead cat bounce before another drop. I'll be watching momentum to see if there is enough bullish pressure to rally price or not.

The NQ is the leading index upward and has found some weakness. The confirming peak or a breakdown of the 60 min channel has not happened yet, so price is just pausing but still bullish until it does.
