Another great example of how important it is to remove yourself from the risk area when dealing with vehicles, note the velocity and distance of the tyre projectile. Video was sent in by a fellow firefighter, who received the footage from a member of the public.

This morning Team 3 Roads Policing responded to reports of a HGV that had stolen a trailer. Officers located the vehicle and after a short foot pursuit detained the driver near to the M180. Suspect remains in custody whilst we investigate multiple high value thefts in Humberside.

Stolen moped pursued by our Armed Response colleagues in the Lyne area. Rider crashed slow speed and tackled to the ground whilst trying to get away. Arrested for theft, dangerous driving, drug driving etc.

The Humber Bridge is reopening to pedestrians again at 5am tomorrow. People will be able to cross from 5am-9pm everyday, outside those hours you need to register with the bridge board. A new well-being hub is being installed with specialist mental health volunteers & more CCTV.
