@F1 @fia what an embarrassment for a sprint race start. Delayed for rain and when the track was ready you still waited circa 15 minutes. The best Drivers in the world. Pinnacle of cars and tech. And you are still scared to start a race in the rain. Abysmal. #Singapore #F1

@MarkTodd_pol A Sky engineer told me if you call and ask to speak to the “accessible” team you get through to someone in the UK. Haven’t tried or needed to try yet but possibly a good tip.

@SimonVelocity @MarkTodd_pol PlusNet being owned by BT EE 🙄 you’re funding the issue via another brand.

@PaulRGoddard @CroftyF1 @MBrundleF1 @SkySportsF1 And Karun too while you’re at it. I don’t mind Bernie so much as she has alot of pit wall experience. But overall agreed, this feels like b-team presenting this weekend.

@Keiran_Mark @StephenP311275 @virginmedia Yeah I know but it doesn’t always work out that way. Especially when watching live sports like F1. They only give you highlights not the full programme. Actually just found out you can get SkyQ if you call them. But point is their customer care is no better than Virgin now.

@virginmedia @eirwenjulia Perhaps… refund the downtime and fix it? That would be super helpful..

@monzo @worisu8 Hey @monzo - big fan here and customer since day 1. But I have to agree family max should extend to the “family” even if with a limit of 3 users. Its the same for joint accounts. The relevant features should extend into the joint (savings rates, airport lounge, etc). Thoughts?

@milliegraceexxx Seems like he is. But also comes across that he gets a bit more singled out for stuff.,
